I’m a postpartum doula. No matter your family’s origin story, I can help you navigate your postpartum journey.

I provide warm, empathetic, and unwavering postpartum support so that clients can feel held and empowered during their transition into parenthood. I entered the birth work space after my own postpartum experiences and a career working with families in NYC as a public defender in the criminal and family regulation systems. I am passionate about every family receiving evidenced-based tools and individualized postpartum care. I have experience working with families from a variety of backgrounds, and I’m committed to providing care regardless of financial circumstances.

I completed my postpartum doula training through Carriage House Birth in 2023 and will complete my Certified Lactation Support Counselor (CLSC) training through Birth Day Presence in January 2024.
